Rita Hawley
Architectural Project Assistant
Prior to joining Facilities Planning, Rita worked for the School of Business as a Career Coach and as a Business Process Specialist and SQA for a local IT company, building and designing software modules. Rita has a BGS degree from Ole Miss and spent fifteen years in Commercial Banking and Human Resources. In Facilities Planning she reviews documentation for current projects as they are completed and archives past project documentation and architectural drawings for preservation under state and departmental guidelines. Past certifications include SHRM-PHR. She has been an active volunteer in the Oxford community and public schools.
